Apples

My brother and I have been pressing apples into cider for the past few years. This year we got about 14 gallons and decided to make some into wine.


Specific gravity was around 1.06 so we decided not to add any sugar. I'll add pictures and details next week when I rack it!

Long time

I haven't blogged in a very long time, mostly due to the fact that I think it's a pain to send pictures to the computer and blog from there. So I got an iPhone app that will let me do it all mobile. The cucumber wine was terrible, so if anybody actually reads my blog - avoid that one. I'm working on 2 (kinda 3) wines right now. Details to come on my next blog.
